Unlike large pilates corporations, our commitment is to offer an intimate & tailored experience. Our Co-Ed classes never exceed five participants.
Designed to meet the specific needs of each student, co-ed classes are 3-5 participants. Covers valuable concepts from Foundation classes, often missed in mainstream fitness, plus intermediate repertoire. The class incorporates exercise progressions so that the needs of all students are integrated. Instructor may offer advanced exercises for those who display readiness.
